HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS THIS STAY BEEFY?

5-6 days per week, each session will take ~ 60-75mins to complete as prescribed

6 days per week, each session will take ~ 45-75mins to complete as prescribed.

ARE THERE VIDEO TUTORIALS?

YES - Instructional videos are available conveniently in-app to guide your training sessions and make execution easy!

WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO A COACH?

Yes! You'll have access to Jeremey and Nick through our team's message boards. Ask questions and get answers to all things training.

CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

Yes, you can cancel any time with no cancelation fee.

DO I GET ACCESS TO ALL PROGRAMS?

Once you've signed up you will receive and email with a link to download the TrainHeroic App with access to your Program. All of your workouts, coach videos, and tracking will be there on the app for you to follow! It is very easy to use and comes with a lot of cool features.

Can i switch programs anytime?

Yes, as long as you have an active subscription we can switch your programs. This may take 1-2 days and we highly suggest following 1 program through the entire cycle progression to receive optimal results

Can i switch movements within the program?

Yes of course! If you do not have access to equipment needed for a specific exercise, please let us know in the chat and we will provide alternate movements.

Are there scaled options for Movements?

Yes! We provide scaled movements for exercises that may be more advanced. We recommend starting scaled and slowly progressing to prescribed movements. We are more than happy to give you tips and tricks to help practice movements as well as cues to improve your performance.

What is the community at PDL like?

The PDL community is simply amazing! We have members from all around the world, in vastly different professions, with different skill sets all coming together to better themselves. We are very engaged and supportive with everyone that joins our team. It is truly an amazing community and we are grateful for everyone that contributes.

Can i do multiple programs at once?

Can you, yes... you could. Should you, no. Each program follows a unique and specific progression to reach certain goals and objectives. In order to achieve optimal results you need to follow the progression with prescribed intensity. By incorporating multiple programs and switching between progressions you are not allowing yourself to reach the full potential of the training program thus prohibiting you from reaching your goals.
