Follows 8-week progression cycles building full body strength. Our conditioning can be done in the gym, out on the roads, trails, or track.

FAQs

How many days of programming will I have?

Both 'Stay Beefy' and 'Stay Lean' come with 5/6 days of programming per week.

Hybrid Fit comes with 6 days of programming per week.

Do I get acccess to all the programs or just the one I purchase?

You only get access to the program that you purchased. If you would like to switch programs at any point during your membership you simply email support@trainheroic.com and they will get set!

Are there video tutorials included?

Yes. Instructional videos are in app to guide your practice and make execution easy!

Will I have access to a coach?

Yes! You'll have access to Jeremey and Nick through our team's message boards. Ask questions and get answers to all things training.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel any time in the app with no cancelation fee.

Jeremy Kane

Jeremy is the Founder of Performance Driven Life and has 9 years of coaching experience + BS in exercise physiology. During his time in the military, Jeremy developed a selection preparation/rehabilitation program helping operators successfully pass Tier 1 Special Operation Unit Selections. He has also worked with spec. op soldiers, athletes, US national triathletes, and individuals who want to live healthier and happier lives.

Nick O'Sullivan

Nick is 29 years old and a multi-sport athlete. A former collegiate football athlete Nick has a BS in Economics. Nick was a sponsored OCR athlete for 3 years (Spartan race/Tough Mudder) traveling around the country. He started CrossFit in 2020 under the guidance of coach Kane. He started competing in 2022 going from 4200 in the world to top 1700 in 2023.
